If the spywareblastersetup40.exe you downloaded was from one of the listed mirror sites on www.javacoolsoftware.com/sbdownload.html, this is a false positive. If there is an option to report false-positives within the Trojan Hunter program, I would kindly request that you do so to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
