Sorry for the late reply. I have forgot to check this topic.

I really like it. Very light on my system, and much lighter than other Norton version. Scanning speed is very fast.

I don't like the Anti-Phising, because it slows down my browser. So I have deactivated it. The update speed is also a little slow, but it doesn't bother me to much.

All in all, a great software that is worth trying out.

Good luck!

Thanks for the reply, Jadda!!!! Better late than never!

I've been using KIS 7.0 build 321, but it seems to be getting slower and slower! I've been intrigured by a lot of posts recommending NIS 2008, which I thought was supposed to be a resource hog! Seems they may have fixed that with this version. Also, what is your take on AntiBot? Is it worth the money?

Thanks again for the post!

NIS 08 is better than previous version and effective too.

I have not seen any kind of slow down or other causes.

It is good software and the best part which I like is, almost no pop up.

Yes, Norton has been a resource hog in previous versions, but not in the newest one. I read somewhere Norton 2008 is 40 % faster than Norton 2007. Which is quite good, or what?

Norton Antibot, is also a great software. I got it for free, so I can't complain. It doesn't slow my system down, and it doesn't take up lots of attention either. It's just there, saying nothing. I guess this is a good thing, or? Well, I trust it!

But if it's worth the money? You can get these kind software for free, which is as good as Antibot. Ok, I haven't compared and seen any reviews that compare the softwares, but after reports from the forum, free software does the job. Like PC Tools Threatfire.

But if you find the price affordable, buy it.

NIS 08 fast and better than all previous version too.

Earlier I was another security suite, but now I am feeling NIS equal to others. the best part is, I am not getting any kind of POP ups.
