About to start testing Windows XP SP3 RC2 :argh: and before I build a PC with it, I wondered if ESET are soon to release a new version of NOD32 V3?

Good luck with the SP3 RC2. I believe I had RC1 and it kind of gave me funny issues at the winery. Perhaps if you use Auto Streamer and slip stream it into a XP build and use that it might go a bit better. :)

Sure I did a slipstream CD and just finished installing. So far so good.

So no news on a new version of NOD32 then? :doubt:

Eset stated at the first of the year there would be a new version, upgrade, call it what you want, released in the first quarter. It will have fixes for some current issues. It is my understanding that things are looking good.. Heck Avira has spent the last 3 weeks trying to get their GUI fixed for the new beta. They have pulled all resources to do this. So Eset isnt alone in tweaking things to get them right. Patience, Patience, Patience.;)

:thumb: Excellent news. Thankyou. I just wanted the opportunity of testing the very latest NOD32 V3 release with Windows XP SP3 RC2 - before it's RTM/RTW.

    Hello,

If you take a look at this this post, you'll note that Marcos mentioned versions of ESET Smart Security and ESET NOD32 Antivirus v3.0 in other languages are forthcoming.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Regards,

    Aryeh Goretsky

    Cheers :thumb: Aryeh. Good news.
If you're after a beta tester for your pre-release product, I am willing to help out.

    Thanks
