Default problem with dell desktop 530

hi all
i bought desktop dell inspiron 530. i install acronis true image 8 and 9.1 it same problem come- when i make f11 and chose backup or restore this message coming ( E000101F4:ACRONIS TRUE IMAGE ENTERPRISE SERVER HAS NOT FOUND ANY HARD DUSK DRIVERS )- I Try to hange bios setup from ide to sata same problem also- i hope u r help me to solve this problem

Could you please download and install the latest build of Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server and check if the issue is fixed? If the issue is still exist then

Please create Windows and Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post
and then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.
