Updater: retval = 0x1204

I'm about to upgrade my clients to version 3. So decided to install it on my system first, but I'm getting these errors.

11/12/2007 9:01:36 AM Update An error occurred while downloading update files. NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM

This is not the trial version but I am using my reseller evaluation key, could this be the problem?

I'm running Vista Business 64bit in a SBS2003 environment.
