Antispam disappears again

The antispam has gone from my Windows Mail again, I didn't touch the preferences, it just disappeared. The last time this happened it didn't return until I restarted.

I am using windowblinds and the last time it happened I might have been using a theme from TuneUp Utilities, although I'm not sure that this would affect it.

If there are any files which would help in diagnosing this then please advise me further.
