Question Does shrinking Secure Zone affect my Image?

Simple question. Let's say I have already created a 4GB image on 10GB Secure Zone. Knowing that 6GB of my drive is not used within Sec.Zone I wanted to shrink it to 5GB just to have additional HD space but also to keep my original image. If I decrease Secure Zone size to 5GB in this case, would it affect previously created Image? Please let me know. I have purchased version of TI and I'd appreciate Cust.Tech support confirmation before I proceed. I hate to loose already created Image, since it's clear XP system with all drivers image. I appreciate everyone's support.

Default Re: Does shrinking Secure Zone affect my Image?

Hello esdwa,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please notice that it's safe to resize Acronis Secure Zone as long as the remaining space is bigger than occupied by archives. You can find the detailed instructions on how to use Acronis True Image in the respective User's Guide.

Thank you.
