    Hi Mahmood, welcome to Wilders.

I'll ask someone from Eset to take a look at this thread.

    Hello Mahmood,

Click here and enter the email address you used when purchasing. A copy of your license email should arrive in your inbox within a few minutes. If you purchased through a reseller, please contact them for your license details.

If you have no luck, send an email to support [at] eset.us and we'll get your details to you ASAP.

    Cheers,
    Bnadicoot.

And what else did they say?

I know for a fact that they provide reissue of a Username and Password, even though quite clearly in the very 1st line it says:
    and the 2nd line states:
I think that is exceptionally clear. I'm just wondering, which line you had a problem with?

    Blackspear.

EDIT: The exclamation marks are a direct quote of the first 2 lines from every license sent out in Australia, not something that I have added.

No doubt. THIS reaction is UN-professional and slightly agressive...
A $10 fee for whato_O To tell a paying customer his license data? And please: Stop shouting loud.( even as a Mod...)

Off-topic resonse removed. I'll lock this up since the answer was given right here. Obviously Eset will re-open if they feel any need.
