There's really no need to close the thread. It'll age down the forum listing soon enough when people stop replying to it.

I have to disagree here. Updates are usually issued on a daily baisis (sometimes there are even more updates per day), all depending on the situation. ThreatSense is capable of detecting a very huge percentage of not yet known threats and, in the case of an outbreak, Eset issues an emergency update regardless of the time. This means that you'll get a signature update for new threats even on Sunday 12 PM and even if the threat was initially picked up by ThreatSense.

Regarding small updates, what led you to make such a conclusion? The last update was of an everage size and brought detection for 149 new threats, not including generic signatures which you can't see in a list of added signatures and that are theoretically able to recognize an unlimited number of new variants of particular threats.

We have here almost free speach so feel free to troll around, but next time (just a suggestion) try to be more specific and bring some arguments to support you conclusions.

    have an nice day.

And i just wont to add it would be probably a good idea to stop using cracked software or (in your case) even to share and to offer such cracks in other forums. I'm member of your "other" forum since 2002 at this time you were a big fanboy of Panda Antivirus - just for information

Do you really think that people don't recognize your bullshit here?

And "Yen kooda valadada" means "don't play the fool with me". Now you have your translation.

To sum it up - it makes nearly no sense to add every day "something" just to have a new update. Would you feel more secure if we would add every day a old dos virus just to release a new update?

The funny thing always is, that people who don't understand anything about Viruses starting such complains. They try to explain how important it is to detect this malware. In most cases they are unable to tell you the difference between adware and a worm.

We are very open here for all kinds of improvements, but we all should understand one thing: It's all controled by PRIORITY.
If you don't then you run into trouble, because you mixup completely unimportant things with important things. Then you need a lot of resources more - this might result in not so expierenced staff - this again will result in "questionable" product results.

Magic, no more posts from you then?

I asked you a question before which you didn't answer "have you been infected?"
I suspect the answer is no otherwise you would have mentioned it, so this leads me to my next question "why are you uninstalling a security application that kept your PC secure?"
