When I click on any of the menu buttons, regdefend freezes and I'm forced to 'end task' and restart it. If I try to import a group, it also locks up. I've tried reinstalling many times, and no luck. Using v2.001

    Hi boast,

Sorry that your post was overlooked. Need a bit more info though to try and duplicate your problem:

    1. What OS and service pack are you running?

    2. What other security and non-security apps are you running in the background?

    3. What are your processor/ram/video specs?

Hopefully your answers will point us to a solution.

    Hi boast,

I'm running your Kerio+PG+RD+AVG combination ATM, but do not experience any freezes when using the menu buttons or importing groups. Although this is on XP Pro SP2, I doubt that it would be a factor. Using regedit, what do your version numbers look like?

Have you tried disabling Kerio and/or PG? AVG does not look like a factor to me ATM. Did RD do this when you first installed it?

ahh. PG never popped up about RD. I feel stupid, thinking it was a problem with the program.

    thanks alot.
