I did notice this morning that Applications filter was disable but also the case to activate it is "greyed out" so I cannot thick it anymore.

Any idea how to overcome this and what happend in the first place?

    Thanks

    Antartica,

Is your copy registered? The Applications filter will disable after the trial period and LnS reverts to a pure rules firewall at that point if a validation code is not entered.

    Hi Blue Zannetti,

    Thank you for your input.

    Notok,

I tried the Patch already and it didn't solve my problem. Sure I could
probably re-install LNS, but first I would like to know what is causing
    this problem...

    Thanks :)

Well, so it's not the obvious thing - oh well.

Have there been any major system changes of any type recently? Anything at all? Hardware? Software?

    Hi Blue,

No Hardware change for the last year. Now last month I did download the trial version of Counterspy. After two weeks I uninstall it, reboot the PC,then run RegCleaner.

I didn't noticed anything wrong after that...

Anyway, in the mean time I decided to remove LNS and re-install it. Everything seems to be back to normal. :)

    Keep my fingers crossed. :p
