Oh I do. I am still researching for the best software updaters and SUMo is in the Top for sure. Most likely #1 but I still always want that extra little thing.

Should you have a precise idea of what you need "more", please fill a feature request here : http://www.kcsoftwares.com/bugs/ :)

I'll do my best to get it implemented asap.

I been looking at Update Star 9 which has a free and paid yearly version.

    http://client.updatestar.com/en/updatestar/features/

It looks ok and when I tried it was ok. Did email them but they never reply back. So that is the first sign of horrible support.

    Hello,

With the new version I may have a possible bug. If I check "Allow Beta versions" under "Settings", I get the following error when checking for updates: "Server error. Please retry later.". If I go back and uncheck that option, checking for updates works great. I then go back and check that option and get the same error again. With option checked, always get the server error. With option unchecked, checking for updates always works fine.

I'm surprised no one is complaining about Sumo being seriously slow, and, even worse, saying that all installed software is up-to-date when Sumo itself is not.... o_O

We had a problem with main server leading to :
    - poor performance + wrong result
    - SUMo unable to revert to alternate server

This cause v3.8 not being announced to users until now.

Server is now back to normal, update to v3.8 is possible and recommanded.

Please confirm it is OK for you now

    Hello Kyle,

I do not have any product from Comodo installed on my system.

The server error always happens on the first item in my scan list "AdMuncher".

    HTH...

    Hello Kyle,

I have confirmed it is the "AdMuncher" entry on the list that is causing the "server error". When I add "AdMuncher" to the ignore list, the scan with "Allow Beta versions" checked works fine.

Kyle there is a little issue with Norton Removal Tools (that I use for clean new freinds pcs full of crapware, and NIS is one of this :D )
I know there are only 6 users so not so used but last available version is this
    http://www.neowin.net/news/norton-removal-tool-2013-v210014
version 21.0.0.14 that is signed by Norton as 21.0.0.2 that I currently have.
    As you can see here
    http://www.kcsoftwares.com/sumo/vie...e=Norton Removal Tool&Company=Symantec&prot=2
there are 2 version called 2011 and 2012 that are not related with this Norton tool
    Thanks
