AlexCross, do you have any excluded directories or partitions listed in the custom tab?

No, I do not have. I wll do a fresh install to see how things work after.

Ahh, I think it's because it needs more optimization, VS still activates sometimes after 20-30 sec the browser was launched. Now after I deleted all folders it blocks the exe files that allowed before.

Sounds good. When the new version is ready, we can try to reset your VS settings and see if that does the trick. Let me see what else I can think of to try. Sorry about that.

Thank you TH! Yes, just go to the page that TH listed, and there is a place on the right hand side of the screen for existing accounts to get a free year!

Sure, thank you! So you like 1.24? The newest version is even better, there is just one more small bug to fix, then I will post it asap.

Hi, the issue was with the old way that Chrome would install itself. As long as you have the new version of Chrome that installs itself to the Program Files directory, you are good to go! There is little we can do to make VS work with the older version of Chrome. We could do it, but it never would work just right, and we would have to make serious changes. It is just best to install the latest version of Chrome to the Program Files directory, then everything works really well. In all fairness, that is where it belongs anyway ;).

    Hehehe, I LOVE your VoodooShield 1.?? !!!!!!

That will change very soon, and we will pretend 1.25 never happened. I just have one last thing to fix, so hopefully in the next few hours it will be ready!

I have been running 1.25 for a couple days now in always on mode. I have not had any problems so it seems all the problems are still related to smart mode. Everyone please hold off on any additional feature request until Dan gets the bugs with smart mode taken care of. I hope i'm not in the wrong for making such a request. When so much is added in such a short time it can be difficult to pinpoint the cause of any problems that may arise. We need a good stable, and reliable build. I think everyone would agree that should take priority over any feature request for now. Let Dan work his magic. He needs time outside of coding to sleep. o_O

Now you say that ;). I am totally kidding!

Here is what should be a very, very stable release. If there are any issues at all, please click the Default Settings button in Settings / About. There really should not be any bugs at all, I spent all day coding and testing and I think we are good to go. If there are any bugs, please let me know. And it will ask you to upgrade, but please do not. It should not be necessary to reboot, as long as UAC is diabled.

Introducing, the brand new, never released before VoodooShield 1.25 ;).

Not yet, we will get to that after we figure out the com / msi issue. It will be a little while on the service, maybe a month or two I am guessing.
