IE8 misbihaves

    IE8 misbihaving
    As per image below I can not get rid of the black on the toolbars.

    Reinstalled it a few times.

    Same on my other PC but, one reinstall cleared it so far.

    Could anybody help?

    The first thing I'd try is getting rid of all those crappy toolbars :/ as they may be creating side effects.

    the Themes change seem to have cured it.

    Info to Glabal Moderator

    please check post No.4, could his link:- "reset Internet Explorer" actually force my IE settings to change? If so its not a good idea as they had nothing to do with the issue.

    siljaline is there a reason why you are suggesting nichos does this as he seems to have fixed the problem with the ''themes'' workaround that has worked for many others who have the black toolbars.

    It would quite likely help stability of IE if the OP did this, at the OP's option.
