Thank you Adric, I could reproduce 1 of the FPs, caused by the Ikarus engine, part of a-squared Anti-Malware 4.5:

Note that Hitman Pro uses 7 AVs from partners. So they do the actual determination whether a file is malicious.
Ikarus is although known for being a bit agressive. But Ikarus also catches a lot of zero-day malware.

Hitman Pro is just an EXE. You don't need to install it, but it copies itself to the Program Files folder (conform Windows guidelines) to allow right-click scanning.

There is still a blank screen issue with files that were previously "reported as safe". We have this under investigation.

The History is intended to show only items where either Delete or Quarantine actions were performed on.
