Keylogger urgent help please

I m new to this community , Reason that m here is i suspect that m pc is infected with a keylogger.Actually i received an email attachement i downloaded it in my usb. after that Norton antivirus detected that its a SC keylogger Its still in the Quarantine list and i m not able to clean it or delete it I have deleted it manually from its original location ie, my USB. But i m not sure its still in my pc or not. Is it possible that the spyware copies itself from my usb to system files. Help please

Lastly, keep in mind that Prevx CSI free will only detect, but not clean any present "active" malware on your system and requires internet access. Hope this helps.
