permantly disable firewall?

    Can I permantly disable the firewall? When I disable network traffic filtering then reboot my computer it reverts back to filtering mode. My original problem is with file sharing. I can access the internet just fine from network computer, however, I cannot share files. File sharing is enabled. Getting frusterpated!

    Hello,

    It is not currently possible to disabled the ESET Personal Firewall module in ESET Smart Security.

    If you do not wish to use a firewall, have you considered using ESET NOD32 Antivirus, instead?

    what mode are you running the firewall in? File sharing is working find on my PCs....
