2. Place a tick in "Log all objects".

1. Click on "Microsoft Outlook".

2. Place a tick in "Scan plain text email body".

3. Place a tick in "Scan RTF email body".

1. Click on "Actions".

2. Click on the Radio button that says "Delete email".

1. Click on the "plus" symbol alongside "POP3" and expand this.

1. Click on "Email clients".

2. Standard eMail Clients appear here, if your client does not, then please go to step 3.

3. Click on "Add".

1. Click on the drop-down arrown in the "Look in" field.

2. Navigate to "My Computer".

3. Navigate to the "Local Disk C Drive".

4. Navigate to "Program Files".

5. Locate your eMail Client.

1. Click on the executable file of your eMail Client. In this case I am giving an example only of "Mozilla Thunderbird" www.mozilla.com

2. You should now see the file name here.

3. Click on "Open".

WEB ACCESS PROTECTION

1. Click on "Web access protection".

2. Click on "Setup".

1. Click on "Options".

2. Place a tick in "Potentially unsafe applications".

BLOCKING WEBSITES

1. Click on "Blocked addresses".

1. This is where you can add in website addresses that you want to block access to.

2. Click on "Add".

1. Click on "OK".

EXCLUDING WEBSITES

1. Click on "Excluded addresses". This is where you can place in exclusions for access to websites.

2. Click on "Add".

1. Click on "OK".

1. Click on "Web browsers".

2. This is where you will see what Web browsers are being used for access to the Internet. If you do not see your web browser here, then go to the next step.

3. Click on "Add".

1. Click on the drop-down arrown in the "Look in" field.
