Install error with 3.0.551.0

    Same old install error if I don't disconnect my PPPoE connection prior to install.

    If I disconnect install is successful.

    i had that error on my laptop (wireless connection)
    disabled wireless, still had the error.. tried many things including regcleans etc .. only way i could get it to work was to first instal the RC1 then put the 3.0.551 over the top

    I've had this error since ESS beta and sent to support all they asked me to.
    I can reproduce the error on three different computers all with one thing in common : PPPoE connection.
    Now this happen again.
    Resent to them a new setupapi file about the error.
    Hope it will be fix for the final release.
