Unable to set up Email Notification

    Hello,

    Using ATI 10, im trying to setup email notification.

    Ive tried using gmail and Freeola accounts (both POP) and both fail.

    Every time i test the settings i get:

    Can not send test email. The possible reason might be incorrect email settings.

    Ive tried using "< >" and disabled my firewall - but always get this message.

    What do i do?

    We are sorry for the delayed response.

    Please be aware that currently Acronis True Image does not support outgoing e-mail servers that use SSL/TSL. However, we have already received similar requests for such feature. Most likely, the support for SSL/TSL protocols will be implemented in future versions of Acronis True Image. I'm sorry, but the exact time-frame isn't decided yet.

    As for now, we may recommend you to use some other outgoing SMTP server.

    You can find the detailed instructions on how to use Acronis True Image 10.0 Home in the respective User's Guide.
