I forget who recommended it - but instead of Disk1, someone suggested to choose partition by partion, and then add the MBR, which is the way I did...
I'll double check, but I'm pretty sure I set it back that way.... Thanks for the idea - -
Please excuse this if it is a repost - I can't find my previous post anywhere Using TI 9 - WinXP, I backed up my Laptop HD to another computer...
Now I'm not sure what happened - When the restore is complete, I'm told there is no operating system found when booting from the Hard drive....
I got it created - tried restoring - I thought it worked, though it would not boot - - retrying it now, a second time - choosing the MBR and Track...
I don't have a CD - I downloaded TI - - I see "Bootable Rescue Media Builder" and "WinPE ISO Builder" in the Acronis menu (start/programs)....
