Lately I have been testing Windows 10 more but Im feeling that its no longer what I want to run any more, Windows 8.1 was the best version I had and I feel Windows is getting worse, but time is going forward and I want to find something else that can run a powerful video like Adobe Premiere CC 2014, the only thing I can think of is Linux or Mac OS X. P.S. I know there is a new os/2 warp version but I think its only 32 bit and im not sure if there are an video editors for it.
You could use Linux as your main OS and Windows inside a Virtual Machine to use for video editing. That's because there is no Adobe Premiere for Linux (if there was, Windows would simply die in this regard). You could also try to run Premiere with Wine.
How powerful is your computer? A dual core is probably sufficient for web surfing, reading mail, doing office work and streaming movies. You'll want a quad core if you're into graphics editing and gaming.
Maybe the anniversary update of Windows 10 will address some of your complaints, unless that is what you have been testing. Or, if you liked Windows 8.1 you can still run that for a while. I doubt an alternate OS is going to make you happy, and a virtual machine is going to rob you of about half of your hardware horsepower.
Take a look at Blender, https://www.blender.org, a 3d rendering and animation program plus a video editor. Check out the the work it can do at the https://www.blender.org/features/projects/
