Are All AV's Vulnerable to Encryption Virus?

    That's exactly right. It has been my exerience that if you keep your computer updated and you are careful about what you files you open, the chance of infection is minimal.

    Emsisoft Internet Security is what I use after run into same problem. It has pretty good detection rate and HIPS module is the one I trust.

    Test it out.

    Hmm me I use Avast with Hardened Mode On and set to Agreesive.

    "Aggressive" mode doesn't allow any non-whitelisted files in avast file reputation database (e.g. unknown files) to run. So I presume it must me quite enough against most Ransomware.

    When you check cruelsister1 youtube channel, AVs have almost no problem detecting malware, but they all struggle with scripts and disabling it them so easy, virtually no apps need them.
