    Good Day,
Normally when I used this program in Windows 8.1 it worked well. The mac drive would load up without issue via the file explorer.

However, in windows 10. This is not the case, the drives that are MAC are not loading up. I've tried reinstalling it, using the latest version, and still the same issue.

Anyone have any idea what might be the problem or is there something I must change for this. I spent my money on this program and I would hate if I have to go and utilize another 'Mac Drive' opening program to achieve this.

Thanks for any assistance in this matter.

    Deathwinger.

I have the same problem I do not see my Mac volume from win10.
Is it possible that this does not work if your Mac has Fusion Drive?

    Please help Paragon.

I just purchased HFS+ for Windows 10 and can only see file folders from my Passport for Mac, external drive. I can't open anything. DId you all get any answers from Paragon? It seems like there are very little support options other than these fourms and I can't find answers here eithere.

My HFS+ formatted drives are also not appearing in Windows 10, and I am unable to mount any HFS+ partition, even if the drive only has one partition. I am unable to find any relevant support information about this issue, and the program comes with very few options or settings to change, so I am not really sure how to troubleshoot the drivers besides just reinstalling them repeatedly.

Maybe it would be better to contact them directly because this needs to be fixed within the program. ;)
