When I run CMD as an admin it shows:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>

My system is 64bit so and fwhen I run CMD non admin it shows:

    C:\Users\"My Account Name">

    I hoping this is normal?
    Thanks

    Yes. This is normal.

C:\Windows|system32 is the default directory for the Command Line Interface on both 32 and 64 bit systems.

Might as well check if you have SysWOW64 and Program Files (x86)...
