Wouldn't call myself an expert, but those would definitely be false positives for WinPatrol (and / or WinPrivacy if that is what you meant).

So I tried reinstalling WinPrivacy for the past week to see if it's improved any from when I first got it (with WAR and WPatrol). I still find it unusable. For instance, when installing programs that connect to the internet during the installation process, WinPrivacy generates prompts throughout the process, but these prompts don't 'freeze' the installation process while waiting for an answer to the prompt, they cause the installation to fail if you don't answer quickly enough. WinPrivacy does seem to remember your answers to these prompts, and so eventually, after enough reinstallation attempts and enough remembered prompts, installations work, but I noticed this same behavior in other places, such as program update services, where the WinPrivacy prompt, unless you act very quickly, will cause tasks to fail. How have others been getting use out of this product?
