    ZAM flagged this as adware it's a FP IMO, it's been on my PC since 2012.

    Anyway it was "CouponPrinter.exe", has anyone had issues with this?

    I am upset at zemana support. This shows their services is ****** I send a message to them in regard to zemana anti-malware before buying it, and its been a week and no reply to my message. SO to me zemana is not worth investing in it.

    My question that zemana never answered was that when I buy a zemana licence (one pc), will I be able to re-activate it after formatting? I usually format my PC about once a month for the clean feel and will I be able to reuse to activate zemana as many times as I want on the same pc?

    Zemana support team is one of the best, they usually respond within 2 working days in my experience. But about reinstalling system, i had that problem also when trying to activate ZAM on new Windows OS with previously used key on same machine and couldn't, but when i uninstalled ZAM and only then formatted system, i was able to activate again on same machine

    It is considered a PUP by some security software.

    Yea I did a VirusTotal search and had a few hits but the majority of vendors said it was fine.

    I thought this was interesting since, I am beta testing both programs. I had just launched ZAM portable scanner a minute or so earlier, when I got the popup message by SAP. I then let it start uploading SAP's own file to their server, but that was going to take awhile because of the size of the file. So, I clicked on 'Unblock & Trust'[2nd screenshot], and this allowed the paused ZAM scan to continue scanning [3rd screenshot] without further interruption.

    P.S. SAP had updated to beta v4.1.5 earlier, after I had allowed the running of this detected file earlier, and for which the SAP popup related. I hope I am making sense.

    so your saying as long as I uninstall zemana antimalware and then format, I will be able to reactivate it? Are you 100% sure? Because I do not want to waste my money. I need confirmation from more people or if a zemana employee comes here.

    Right now I am using the free version as a second opinion AM.

    I uninstalled this program on my upgraded Window 10 Pro computer and it left behind services registry entries along with a hidden ZAM guard service that was still running. Had to manually remove them.

    The reason why I uninstalled it is because I have other cloud based scanners and I am uncertain as to the veracity of signature-less real-time protection.

    @ida15 Is there any plan to merge Zemana Antilogger and Zemana Antimalware?
    Most of av's out there have both capabilities in the same product.
