    I see they delayed the addon-signing requirement until FF46

    52/6 != 52/8. I'm confused.

    some versions have 6 weeks to wait, others 8 weeks. and there exists eg a 50.0.1 as a bug fix version to 50.0, v51.0 offers again new features.

    when ready - then ready and released - i dont care.

    There should be an Olympic event covering browser releases... it seems like FF is off to the races!

    not really, chrome started first in this race. chrome has also mid-releases on each flash update.

    Holding true to .0 to .1 in two weeks. I expected a bit sooner, tho.

    I'm steaming. :mad: Somehow FF updated to version 43 in the background and this morning when I started the program there it was. I've got auto updates disabled so I think it must have been something I clicked on a website; I've been seeing a lot of notices on web pages that FF is out of date. Luckily I had a backup to restore.

    For whatever reason, the official Firefox download page is still pushing version 43.0.x, despite the links showing 44.0.1. I have tried several times throughout the day and had to rely on the FTP site instead. I am wondering if the Firefox developers are just not certain about the stability of version 44 yet.

    They found more bugs after 44.0.1 was released, so pushed out x.x.2

    Darn. I forgot to start a new timer from 44.0.1...
    "44.0.2 - Begin countdown..."
    Oh well.

    @marzametal
    they shouldn't have released 44 with so much bugs in the first place.
    every major release is another fiasco & disaster.
