    @roger_m, Thanks, I agree. According to its properties it has the same last modified date and the same number of bytes as a backup copy of 5 months ago, yet I have had at least a dozen notifications since then.

    I have three computers with 360 TSE, two on XP and one on Windows 7 and very rarely get a notification. When I do, it is when I attach a USB flash drive and 360 does not recognize a file and asks if I want to trust it. I also received a notification when installing a coupon printer which can sometimes flag a AV.

    I notice that the notification issue I have reported was also reported in this thread earlier: #184 page 8, although from a questionable source.

    I have been using 360 TS for about a year and a half and am very happy with it. The issue I get only comes up about once a week and so is not a big pain.

    It just seems to me that if I have trust listed a specific exe, located in a specific folder, in relation to a specific issue, then to continue to get notifications of the same issue in the same exe when I run that exe is a bug.

    1: Is the file digitally signed and has valid digital signature?
    2: Is that exe trying/able to modify/access windows critical system files?
    3: Is it trying/able to modify/access ram memory address values?
    4: What is the name of the program?

    Please folow the last link in my signature, then false positive.

    3. Don't know if trying access address values
    4. olb.exe, widely used round the world for many years, from onlinebible.net

    I have reported as false positive as you suggested.

    Since OTA update is not yet available [should be next week], dlink is

    By the way, new stuff is coming in, but I am not at liberty to disclose any information. Should launch in the next few weeks from now. :)

    EDIT: for those having certain issues still pending, please verify if still persists after this latest update, thank you.

    Hope they do not blow up TSE, but update to same version as 360TS and add German language,
    That shouldn't be to hard, as 360TS is already translated.

    I still have the issue about the real time protection which detect most of files only on execution on windows 10 threshold 2. I contacted the support, but after a couple of e-mails with them, never had any answer about my issue.

    The Total is already in German, so I think that German language is only missing in Essential Version.

    I think both versions should be updated at the same time, since 360TS already covers what Essential has I can't see why 360TS has added another language and Essential hasn't ! Unless the developer wants to encourage people to choose the Total version over the Essential version.

    1: This is about freedom of choice.
    2: Both programs will get updated, upgraded and improved based on market research, trends, tech discovery and customer feedback.
    So, your critics, compliments and remarks is what actually helps shape and define a product that is of high quality, stability, usability and well, does what it should.

    I...... probably messed up some wording, but I hope you catch my meaning :)

    Glad you bring up this point. ;) That is what I was trying to say.. i.e. If a German person who doesn't know English at all and at present if he/she wants to use 360 the ONLY choice available is 360TS. This is why I think they should update both products at the same time. (unless the update only affects 360TS).

    The reason of my saying this is I think technically it would not be hard for 360 to sync both version updates. And why NOT update both versions simultaneously if the update affect both versions !

    I switched to 360TS from another prominent free AV in April and I like 360TS very much, especially it's fast bootup time and smoothness with Win7. (my system is in one big harmony and I can concentrate on whatever I want/need to do on my computer ;))

    Pal, thanks for your consistent effort in helping out users of 360 products.
