I would be browsing the web when sudden Network Diagnostics throws up the following error message: "Windows can't communicate with the device or resource (Primary DNS Server)." I have a full strength signal and I appear to be connected but there is "no internet access". Not sure why this is happening. Nothing else is having internet problems just my laptop, how could I fix this?
I'm guessing you need to change your DNS servers if this continues...: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windows-8/fl/change-dns-servers-windows-8.htm
Trying that, changed it to default one was on custom the other on default (not sure why) trying both at default.
Even after changing default to something like Google DNS?: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/tipstricks/a/free-public-dns-servers.htm
