    right but now there is no filtering extension on this system. also i do not get the full page red alert type response i normally see now

    HA HA...Logged in to my Webroot Console today, and see four more phantom machines there!

    That's the old Web Filter from 2012 above and a Dark Green one came out when the UI became green so again that's the old Web Filter so in this case I would try a clean reinstall or Submit a Support Ticket to see why your not getting the new Web Filter very odd.

    reinstalled 3 times same result. was a brand new lic key also.

    the webroot filtering extension finally is working but says the ratings are down and they are working on it. anyone else have this message? all circles are greyed out

    Firefox and Chrome okay for BrightCloud scores.
    IE11 crashes with Filtering Extension enabled.

    Spent weeks back & forth awaiting response last time, with their final reply “Those machines are deactivated now”.
    Well, I had long ago disabled them myself...

    Has anyone noticed that after WSA removes a threat, UAC pop-ups are no longer on secure desktop? Happening quite consistently here(Win7 with UAC on max.)

    Hi @sportsfan7700 If you click on the gearcog beside My Account on the UI, you will see which version you've got. Regardless, if you contact Support they'll be happy to advise you about adding additional time, merging licenses etc.
