    There really is no discussion, just repeated statements that you keep making on HDSs behalf,,,,,and by the way, its been 4 months since Froggie produced his “unOfishul” FAQ and there has not been any response from HDS,,,,just a few comments from you that the issues need to be verified by HDS before they can comment. Same approach on HDSs part for both the TRIM issue and the “unOfishul” FAQ.

    I'm going to wait for a proper response from HDS regarding SSD trim.

    I have a question that kurtis probably won't answer but lets see what I can get from him. So you mention that you're making a video for upcoming release of software and you say one is announced and the other isn't. Is it Drive Cloner and Win 10 support?

    Thanks for exercising some patience. We'll be reaching a definitive conclusion soon.

    You're right I can't answer :argh: I will say that when I say 'announced' that means in my eyes to 'make known' and if you knew about it, it would be announced. So saying that it's not announced would mean it's not been made known. Although it will be soon. As for the other half to your prediction, you're right, the main focus is Drive Cloner Version 6. Things are ramping up here at HDS...

    Some of their customers (froggie included) have being waiting for that response since February 2012!!! :isay:

    Indeed, what a great support HorizonDatasys provides... 3,5 years to get a straight answer!:argh:

    Kurtis, please confirm that:

    1. You do not post on this forum under dual accounts, the second of which being designed to mislead the public as to the identity and affiliation of the account holder; and

    2. If an HDS employee were to do so, it wouldn't be at HDS's request, rather it would be the actions of a rogue employee.

    3. You have read wilderssecurity.com's Terms and Rules, including the following:

    "While participating on this forum, using multiple identities for purposes such as but not limited to ... supporting a position stated by one identity through use of another, or to mislead or misdirect in any way is prohibited."

    I don't see the point in dual accounts, I get enough from the Wilders community with this account on my own. So no, no alternative, dual, or stealth accounts. I said from the outset that I'm here to be transparent and that's exactly what I've done from the very beginning.

    OK, I will bite.

    What is the status of the investigation into the 4 month old “unOfishul” FAQ list of issues? Have any of them been looked at and been confirmed or found to be wrong?

    A fully truthful response would be preferred.

    You don't think I'm monitoring and responding to these posts just for fun do you?

    Why didn't you choose to reveal this affiliation before?
    Why does Overclocker pretend to dislike you?
    Why does Overclocker pretend to have less knowledge regarding HDS products than he clearly does?
    Why did Overclocker register and start posting on this forum at about the same time that you did?
    Why are there clear linguistic similarities between yourself and Overclocker?
    Why do you both use the same smilies?
    Why does Overclocker only post at the times that you do?
    Why does Overclocker take the same week-long breaks from posting that you do?

    And you've yet to explain how Overclocker gets sub 3 minute replies from yourself?

    Well I read other forums, and if you lived outside of your small little bubble on Widlers you would know that Overclocker is a big prescence on many other forums, well before I was even with the company. I recommended he joined this forum as a faster way to reach me.

    I don't know what your problem is but Overclocker is not an employee of HDS, nor is he affiliated. He's a customer, and if you've read any of his stuff he has as many criticisms for the program as he does compliments. If you are correct that Overclocker is affiliated with us (which you aren't) then that would mean he's been playing a years long con on everyone well before myself, or any of the other staff members have been with HDS. Also, as Overclocker can atest to, I helped him over the phone with an issue months ago. So unless I was simply phoning myself, then I think you're simply paranoid ;)

    You can ask Overclocker more questions if you want, but that's all I'm going to say on the matter.

    Why did you do that when you previously recommended that customers should NOT post on this forum if they want the quickest response?

    So the HDS forum, HDS ticketing system, HDS support email, your HDS email, your personal email, and whatever IM or social networks you or HDS may use weren't enough?

    Wilders was "quicker"?

    As an aside, I wonder why you feel comfortable disclosing the personal details of an HDS "customer" - perhaps because he doesn't exist?

    By the way my long list of difficult questions is still to be answered...

    You've gone all aggressive. Odd given that your previous post was so gentle. Almost like Jekyll and Hyde.

    I'm not sure your use of *you* was directed at myself or not, but if so you are of course wrong: you already told me your surname in a previous post. All a moot point of course, as we both know who you really are.

    Kurtis, I asked you a direct question but you have not answered. Why? It cannot be because you are ignoring my posts since you have recently answered some of my posts. So how about it?

    By the way, for someone who complains that folks are rude you are pretty rude yourself.

    Overclocker showed up here and asked the forum in general for assistance saying that Rx had crashed and he did not know what to do. You stepped in (unfortunatly I do not see times for your and his post just dates but you were the first to reply) and told us you phoned him and spent hours with him and solved his problem. From that point on he has been supportive of you. Now you say you have known him for a long time, that he is a customer of yours that you dealt with previously, and that you suggested that he join Wilders,,,,,,thats very strange Kurtis and what you and he are claiming does not at all ring true.
