If i disable Flash in chrome plugins will it use a flash plugin that i have installed for another browser. It looks like it does.
I've disabled it and it doesn't use IE's Windows 8 built-in Flash. Are you sure you don't see some HTML5 content? EDIT: you can check on metacafe.com since it's using Flash for video.
Yes, Chrome will automatically pick up (and use) another NPAPI or PPAPI Flash if you've got those installed for other browsers. But it wont use the one for IE. You can go to chrome://plugins and click on details and simply enable/disable any of the additional Flash installations that Chrome is using however you prefer.
