    Successfully deleted: [Task] C:\Windows\system32\tasks\PCDEventLauncherTask

    Is this really a bad file? I thought it is part of PD Doctor that came preinstalled on my Dell.

    I did verify it does shut down some security software or at least removes the icons from Sys Tray. I ran it with Malwarebytes Antimalware's self protection turned off and sure enough the icon disappears. Also noticed Queitzone icon goes away on desktop and in task manager but am able to just reopen the program and it was still protection because on reboot, all was back again. I then enabled Malwarbytes self protection and JRT was not able to disable it.
    JRT didn't disable Norton or Malwarbytes Antiexploit either.

    @boredog It closes tasks to help with removal. Some tasks like your antivirus protect themselves against being terminated, so they won't get closed when JRT tries to close them.

    I don't know why JRT removes the PC Doctor scheduled task.
