And now Zemana AntiLogger & AntiMalware are gone from my setup (+families +friends) forever. I'm sure this change will face backlash and they'll reverse the decision, but now I know they don't care about privacy, they will of course claim otherwise but if they truly did... this change would have never been implemented.

No I'm not a troll, yes I did just sign up to say this - I've been lurking for a /very/ long time.

Apparently the ubiquitous "central scrutinizer" resides here as well. ;)

It's not like they are uploading private documents.

I been getting some kind of error that Zemana can't connect to the cloud. This happens in both the scanning and the check for updates. Is Zemana's server down?

Does anyone know the lifetime beta licenses are valid for how many PCs?

I asked them about that 2 days ago and got the answer from Ida Curovac that it is for one Pc and the lifetime license you get for "thanks for your services" are for 10 . So all in all 11 and all will be functional .

Aside from ~8,000 text files individually PGP encrypted stored in a VC container and excluded from all security software, I do not have any private documents, images, videos, etc. The privacy threat for me is beyond that, if you believe otherwise, please go ahead and send me a list via PM of hashes for every single file on your drive.

No, I never got any feedback on that unless I overlooked it. I rolled my computer back, and have not received the failed message since.

Program updated to 2.15.2.206. (2) things of note. (1) When opened the program takes forever to connect to cloud server(s). (2) Advanced Settings now offers one option only; 'Auto Launch'. ZAM is becoming less & less attractive to me.
