    i installed tse 6.6.1.1200 in a windows xp sp3 netbook and scan cant complete it says in every restart lsp repair and also sand box dont do anything, so i unistalled it.

    Thanks for your help.

    Currently, the latest version of 360 Total Security is 6.6.1.1024. And the latest version of 360 Total Security Essential is 6.0.0.2016. So we don't know what the user used tse 6.6.1.1200. We can let the user to download the latest version of 360 Total Security Essential from the below link: http://free.360totalsecurity.com/totalsecurity/360TSE_Setup_6.0.0.2016.exe

    now it works ok except that scan crash at 10% every time.
    Also after hybernation the live protection dont work.
    Serius bug.

    I 've already written that :Also after hybernation the live protection dont work.
    This with TSE 6.0.0.2016 on Win8.1 X64...
    I have this already reported via support . the only thing she's thought : I want to start a TeamViewer session . Is me but too stupid .

    And there would be this : Download Scan still seems to be with the TSE 360 to not work with Chrome.
    Unless you disable the malware and Pishing Settings in Chrome.
    Then the downloads appear in the log.

    OK, I will report TSE having problems with hibernation and download scan, and to check for XP, 7 and 8.1, and all major browsers.

    Why does my Q360TSE Bitdefender updates still stuck on 2015-05-10? The Avira's updates is uptodate. But the bitdefender is behind by more than a week? What should I do?

    OS : Windows 7 HP SP1 32-bit

    With the latest version of Firefox I have a problem with lack of detection of malicious and phishing websites (the same sites are blocked using Chrome). No problem with download scan instead. I guess they should improve their web extension.

    Would you be so kind to click on version number in main GUI, wait for it to finish update and verify via B icon the date is current or old?

    Or rather, hook into anything browser related and monitor all traffic, not relying on extensions....
    But this is the time for bug fixing and speed optimizations, until major version comes out.... :)

    That's what I did. I repeat 4x. 2nd time, restart, tried again, the B icon still showing 2015-05-10. Anyway, I download the manual updates and see how it goes. Whether it will update today or not, that I do not know.

    Yes, definitely they should not rely on an extension. It causes too many issues because of the several different browsers out there.

    Well manual update solved the problem. Now it is updating itself. Wonder what went wrong. :doubt:

    I have firefox as a default browser and I get a 404 not found using that link.

    My main browser is Slimjet and it is set to "Direct connection". ( I have a Cable modem. ) I even tried "Auto detect" and "Use system proxy" in SlimJet, the results are always the same when I try to load that page in the spoiler?

    * In SlimJet I get this result ...

    * Cyberfox ( My backup browser ) reports "Server not found".

    * Internet Explorer shows a similar result as Cyberfox.

    With SlimJet I can go to the Homepage, but the skin page gives the 404 as shown above.

    Yeah nice try Qihoo support team, that is the same freaking address as before so the results are the same! This means to me that they are trying to win some time and/or have little to no interest to really listen to people who use their software. Because they hat not done anything yet with the things I mentioned here so far, I hat already switched from 360 TS to 360 TSE till there was solid proof the things I mentioned in here are present in 360 TS, and now they start using stalling tactics! I am starting to loose my patience with them and their bad communicating towards the users of their software.

    The rant above is not meant towards you GakunGak, you have been helping the people in here as good as you possibly can. My problem is with the so called support team from Qihoo and not you. If Qihoo wants to continue to go world wide, then they need to step up and start communicating a lot better with the users of their software.
