    I think that now this application aren't so good and trustful, because we can't see what engines detects some threat...

    And our feedback doesn't seem to count anymore...

    Upsss :( I am on the go right now but I thought it would be good to write a short comment.

    Your ideas have always been important to Zemana and it will always be! In case there is something we can do, we are always open to it.

    Regarding the value ZAM brings to our users, there is not even a slight decrease, it is much better at detecting new malware with our latest Cloud implementation. To sum it up, it has everything it had plus Zemana Pandora Heuristic engine which runs in the cloud. You can test it out by yourself and see that there is not a decrease in the detection rate or you can wait for testing agencies to do this for you soon.

    @Emre TINAZTEPE ,

    I don't doubt about the Zemana AntiMalware detection, but now since we can't see the engines and the number of them that detected a threat, is more difficult to us to decide if we should or not delete that file, or could be a false-positive...

    Please, make the engines show an advanced option.

    The latest version has a much lower detection rate.
    Tested on packages, and only works engine zemana :/

    Well sometimes you can't go by that, because for example Hitman Pro doesn't detect the eicar test string, but Kaspersky and Bitdefender do.

    IMHO some of the engines removed weren't all that stellar in detection to begin with.

    First move of reducing the engines to more effective ones was right IMO. They just cut the less relevant engines. Then they decided to remove engine selection and engine names from detection, that was not a sensible move.

    Good Morning! This move to remove the Engines is indeed a Perplexing One...and from a Promotional or Marketing standpoint...an ethically dubious one in nature. I for one will discontinue in using the product...if this is the case! Sincerely...Securon

    AFAICT the engines haven't been removed, just hidden from the UI; is that what you mean? What is ethically dubious about it? My guess is the decision was made to shield average users who would have no idea what to do with all the information.

    But why shield the non-'average' users?
