Er.. this is the HMP thread, not the HMP.A thread.
It may be a good idea to repost in the HMP.A thread, to bring the issue to the attention of HMP.A users who don't follow the HMP thread.

    Hi Mops21,

I wonder, do you use HitmanPro's Early Warning Scoring (EWS) mode?
If so, did you notice Erik's reply regarding EWS, last January?

Is reporting False Positives via this forum preferred above using the reporting functionality of HMP itself?

The stuff Mops is reporting are not false positives. They are recently change items on his computer.

Real false positives can be posted in this thread or via the user interface.

I noticed the following error in the HitmanPro logs. I did not notice any error messages. HMP is being run from Windows task scheduler on a daily basis. I am not using the scheduler from HMP since it has not been reliable on my systems. Can someone explain the failure and how this affects HMP?

I'm at wits end. No matter what I do it will not Activate, I get the pop up error window telling me that my firewall could be blocking the Hitmanpro35 application. Yes "Hitmanpro35" when I'm trying to activate Hitmanpro37, I assume this to be a typo.

    I'm running Windows 7 Pro 32bit.

I gave the program permission in Windows Firewall, I turned off Firewall, I disabled my AV, I excluded the program in my AV, I even started my computer Safe Mode with Networking enabled with the preceding in effect.

    Does anybody have any ideas?

I have a question about a detection please. What is this?

    AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Web Data
    Something about ask.com

    Is it serious?

No, this is only search engine in Chrome. Right click on address bar, select Edit search engines and remove Ask from your search engines.

You're welcome. You might have to repeat it after next Chrome update. Sometimes during update Google brings back those search engines.

I believe I found something in your program. I was presented with some things in the registry from hitman so I fired up the registry edit tool and deleted them, but for some reason your program stills sees something that isn't there.

The detection which I deleted, but it is still showing even though I don't have that key. I deleted it, but it is still showing.

Did you have Chrome open? If Yes, you couldn't upload it because Chrome locks that file when it's in use. You can also check this post to see how to remove that detection.

Yeah, I'm familiar with the detection. HMP deletes. No worries. No Chrome was not open....but, thanks for the heads up. I've had other Upload fail.
I'll note what's running next time. Thanks. I knew about the detection. I just wanted to see virustotal call by HMP. Wonder why Chrome open would block Upload. I'll check URL with site open. I'll check SHA with program running....
When it come to Chrome ya' never know what's holding memory / running background.

    Hey Everyone,

Hitman Pro scans do not complete and get stuck at Classifying 99%. I am running Windows 7 64bit with version 3.7.9 Build 240 64bit. More than 15 minutes. It used to be max 1.5 minutes. Why?

Could you provide a screenshot? We'd like to know what task HitmanPro was performing when it got stuck.

Picked up some FPs (Nirsoft Utilities) but working fine on Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit.
