When it comes to the design of websites and interfaces, I seem to have different ideas than most web-developers, I'm just sickened about all these badly designed websites. But anyway, I've just always wondered about this stuff, which design do you prefer? http://www.tvguide.com/listings/ http://www.net5.nl/tv-gids/ http://www.veronicamagazine.nl/tv-gids https://www.horizon.tv/nl_nl/tv-gids.html
I prefer the veronicamagazine.nl, it's simple and very readable. The net5.nl is similar but the header stays visible while scrolling which reduces screen real estate.
The only thing that I can say is: great minds think alike. It's indeed the simplest and most smooth. The one from net5.nl looks a bit better, but doesn't work correctly. I never understood why people came up with a horizontal TV guide interface, it's unhandy as hell! I'm planning to switch to another DVR, but it seems it has a guide like the one from horizon.tv, are these guys idiots or what?
