    Thank you and I do contact Webroot Staff with links to show them the issues such with the Web Filter and again they are working on it.

    All versions!

    Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!
    • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
    • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
    • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
    • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
    • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
    • Let it finish it's install scan
    • Reboot once again

    That's why I asked you to do a clean reinstall as it should be there in IE and if you have Firefox and Chrome they are only supported at this time. Then you can disable the Extension if you like?

    Same here.
    As per instruction, a clean reinstall performed (SAS Antivirus).
    No Webroot entry in IE11 add-ons......
    No Webroot entry in Chrome extensions.....

    Well that's odd can you please Submit a Support Ticket and ask them to see why the Extensions are not being installed and please let us know what they come up with.

    fyi:
    Web Shield*, Identity Shield, Phishing Shield and Identity Protection are ON.
    No Webroot entry in IE11 add-ons......
    No Webroot entry in Chrome extensions.....
    Windows 8.1U3 Pro 32-bit, IE11 & Chrome v42, Avira Antivirus Pro, Webroot Antivirus & Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Premium.
    Windows XP SP3 32-bit, IE8 & Chrome v42, Webroot Antivirus & Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Premium.
    *I'm using the Google search engine, there is nothing next to each link..... :confused:

    I downloaded a windows 10 icon pak for my win 7. when I tried to launch the installer, WSA , intercepted and found a malware and a trojan trying to install itself. yay WSA.

    Regarding Webroot extensions not showing up.

    I don't know if this is relevant or not but I have gone into Chrome advanced sync settings and turned off everything but bookmark sync. Also, I have turned off all Windows 8.1 syncing. These syncs have become a problem with extensions, themes, passwords, etc.

    Please Submit a Support Ticket and tell them the Extensions are not installing so they can check! Can you try again with all other Security Software Disabled?

    Please Submit a Support Ticket as I suggested as this is not a normal thing I see. I don't have any issues on Win7 x64, Win 8.1 Pro x64 & x86 also Win 10 Preview x64 & x86 Build 10049. Can you try again with all other Security Software Disabled?
    Chrome is a pain at times as they are trying to force users to install the Web Filter from the Chrome Store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/...ensi/kjeghcllfecehndceplomkocgfbklffd/details or you can go into C:\ProgramData\WRData Folder (Hidden Area) Chrome Folder and Drag an Drop the CRX file into the Extension page on the Open Chrome Browser see pictures! But for IE & Firefox I have not found a work around but will check into it.

    This is not the case, but for testing purposes already done, please re read #1314=
    Windows XP SP3 32-bit, IE8 & Chrome v42, Webroot Antivirus & Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Premium [Disabled].

    24/7/365 days a year but on weekends they look after severe issues first and depends how busy they are.

    Yes they do but a small crew and they do it from all offices around the world via the Ticket System. Webroot Support is second to none IMO.
