Topo, is this Dell a PC or a tablet?

You ll get rid of SBIE 2203 by disabling McAfee SiteAdvisor (not compatible with SBIE).

About Norton, its likely the toolbar wont work with SBIE. Test it but if it creates issues with SBIE, you should disable it. Thats the workaround for that. The Norton AV itself should work fine with SBIE. The Sandboxie 2205 message is one that sometimes can be hidden and the sandboxed program still works fine. If that's the case in your friends computer, you can hide the message and ignore it.

Not only SB - stupid Norton Toolbar has evidence with almost all programs which it is inserted.
best solution is not to install this crap (like any tollbar or extension for some browser)

    cheers
