    Win7 x64 Pro SP1.
Training or Smart mode, does not matter.
    All web apps are closed.
No, just keep on left clicking on the shield and eventually notification will change. Move pointer slightly before every click.

    No, it was already updated.
I did not change that setting.

I can confirm that there are no more weird alerts in Chrome and looks like command line is working properly now. :)

    Thanks Dan,
Ahh I see - when the threat count is zero the button is hidden. Perhaps it maybe better to grey it out when the count is zero to save confusion - but I'm easily confused ! :)

    Thanks and regards

Following a BSOD, and reboot, I got this popup after manually starting VS.... I haven't see it before, and it was 50/50 as to how I should answer. In the end I went for no.

Thanks for the reply and likewise :) Currently I'm using VMware Player to run virtual machines and I use XP and the Windows 10 TP for VM OSs - don't have extra licenses for 7 or 8 unfortunately.

Edit: FYI I installed VoodooShield 2.30 in the Windows 10 TP build 10049 and it appears to work just fine. The only other security app is the built in Windows Defender.

I may try to reinstall Avast in the XP VM now that VoodooShield is working to see if it was just a glitch. It's good to know that VS generally gets along with other security software. :thumb:

I believe in layers too, as long as they don't conflict  By the way, I don't recognize some of those tray icons. Can you list all of those apps?

I'm impressed :) Have you ever had difficulty making them all get along? Also, I wonder how much overlap there is and whether or not more then one app would attempt to catch the same malware at the same time?

Do you know what is causing the BSOD? Yes or No is fine. Thank you!

Yeah, we could do that. Do you mean check each item to see if it still exists? Thank you!

Yeah, that is true. But I am assuming that most novices and average computer users would pretty much only use the web apps that are already listed. Whereas advance users would know to add the lesser known web apps manually, and they are pretty much the only users who would most likely use these web apps.

I think the only way around this is to add even more web apps... mainly web browsers and email clients. Or we could ask the user if all of their web apps are listed. What do you think?

Here is the latest version, I think it is ready for public release. I just have to make that one small change to the Clear Threats Blocked Count button. BTW, hopefully the service issue is completely fixed now, but if anyone still has an issue with the service not starting, please let me know!
