Could have been worse, You could have gone to Harvey Norman if your willing to pay a 80% mark up on prices anywhere else A Few years ago I wanted some Logitech 5.1 Surround Speakers $199 but Harvey Norman were charging $150 more Their reason "We give better service" what a load of S H 1 Bar 1
I also don't like Harvey Norman or Hardly Normal as some call them, due their ridiculous prices. I buy my IT equipment from the online retailers which have a minimal markup and my understanding is they often sell items for less than cost price. They get discounts for buying in bulk, and the prices the sell for can be less than the wholesale price for buying single items.
