Notepad++. I have always done my web design from scratch. Although I probably could have saved some time and some headaches by using some other programs to help manage it.

I just use the online template and editor... But would use NetBeans if necessary.

They should provide some options for you. Haven't used photostream personally.

I use Serif's WebPlus X7. It is not free, but in my opinion is excellent which is why I purchased a license. I personally don't like coding a website by hand, and don't like online services such as WordPress and Joomla.

@mantra If you go a Google search for webplus templates you will find some. Mostly they are not free, but I found some free ones here.

Yes it is powerful. It's just a shame there is no trial version, so you can try it before purchasing.
I don't think it does it via a service, but it does check to see if you have purchased license and not a pirated one.

are enough the microsoft updates to mess up w8 or w8:thumbd:
i tried to install and run the free version inside sandboxie , the program doesn't start
    but thanks

Well if you don't know anything about coding, you should use a web page that uses templates, like wix.com
