Not sure if this is anything to be concerned about, but "Defragment and Optimize Drives" lists "System Reserved" in the list of drives to optimize. It shows that it needs optimization, but if you highlight it and click "Optimize" it does nothing. I have Googled "system reserved needs optimization", and there are a lot of questions being asked about it, but very few answers. There is even an old closed thread on this forum here. Any thoughts on this? Does your Windows 8.1 computers show the same thing?
The MicroSloth SRP is not a very dynamic area at all (very few changes along the way). It only contains BitLocker startup/mgmt stuff and the BCD. Changes to the BCD are usually minor and would not require a need for periodic optimization of this partition (or the underlying TRIMmable blocks of your SSD above). I would have to guess the MicroSloth feels more comfortable leaving it alone (the KISS principle)...
