They want $80 year to renew my subscription! I don't think so. Any other way to get it cheaper? Or start listing "reasonable" priced software below, and your reasons. Thanks!

Look down the page at the thread with this title, "Newegg.com AV Specials"

Go back a page and there are several Norton offers.

    Downloadcrew, Amazon, eBay..

    Login to your Norton Account

On the right, you should see a link to special offers

    Click it

    Now check the prices offered

Got my renewal for 39 USD the last time I tried

Are they offering you the new Norton Security? I suggest changing to the new product Vs extending the subscription on the old one. Just get one of the sales from Newegg.

Edit: 5 device license available here for $45 US

go online via support in you NIS and enter a chat session with their rep, explain you won't be renewing due to cost, they will then reduce the price to around 50% of the auto-renewal price

Have you opted out of auto-renewal I hope,?

It seems all security vendors are the same. New licenses can always be found at prices much cheaper that the company's price. $80 for NIS is beyond absurd.

venders used to mainly sell one pc lic for home users. true that most home users dont have 10 pc plus smarts phones but some do. if you don;t havean apple snart phone, ipad ect uou can install it on those too, such as android, samsung and then it doesnt sound too bad at even 80 bucks for 10 devices or 8 bucks a year per device. 4 bucks a device per year does sound much better though, i can buy two extra starbucks coffee in that year.

i still would not pay them 80$ for the 10 devices when i have seen it for almost half that retail wise.
