Can't delete a file from an external hard drive

    I can't delete a file from my external Hard Drive.
    I can write to it, Read from it, But when I am deleting a file, Its only delete the file name without actually deleting the file itself. I can see it because the capacity of the HD doesn't change after the file deleting.
    The hard drive is formatted for NTSF Windows.
    Using Paragon NTSF for Mac, Ver. 12.0.06
    Using iMac, Yosemite.
    Any help?
