Does FF have a sandbox per tab and other schemes similar to Chrome yet?

I used FF for years and once they get that up and running I plan to give it a serious look see.

You can count on it :argh: Seriously, it will be a big change and may require significant changes in addons. Hopefully at least the big players will be ready.

(now implemented in 'Nightly' builds - must have e10's enabled.)
GHacks has a good writeup on it.

Its here now (multi-process), in Nightly 37.0a1.
I am testing Nightly now, three of my four extensions work properly. NoScript, Adblock plus and Classic Theme Restorer seem to be working fine. Video Download helper is not working at all in YouTube. The browser feels fine, it crashed the first time I tried it for downloading something (CCleaner). Two plugin containers get to run.:)

What you mean, Brummelchen? If you mean not to mix up SBIE and Nightly, the reason I posted the picture of Sandboxie control was to show the two instances of plugin container that I saw running with Nightly. By the way, I also tested it in W7, it was fine. Small problems.

I did install Nightly in the system under Shadow defender, using a new profile. It ran really well in and out of the sandbox. Surprisingly, when run sandboed, it was fine too. Same experience on both computers, XP and W7 32 bits.

I have 4 extensions, all worked well except video download helper. NoScript is in the list that you posted as having bugs but as far as I could tell, it worked fine. Same with Adblock plus and Classic theme restorer. The browser crashed the first time that I tested downloading something and there was something else that I noticed but cant remember now what it was. Running the browser felt good.:)

I've noticed something strange. When you disable JavaScript on Google.com with No Script, it seems to always reload the Google site, so it looks like it doesn't block scripting in real-time, anybody else noticed this? I also use Adblock Plus and Ghostery.

I have a question, does anybody know of some extension with the ability to block the installation of other extensions? I forgot the name, I used it months ago on some other machine.

Did anybody check this? Just disable JS on Google.com (with No Script) and run some search, you will see that the page quickly reloads. Or wait a minute, is it perhaps Google that is redirecting the page because they see that JS is turned off?
