I have used Paragon Hard Disk Manager in various versions for years and am currently on V12.

I have to wipe and restore to factory condition a pair of HP Compaq nx6325 laptops with 80GB drives, that someone else seems to have had a go at to delete the O/S before they got to me.

However Paragon shows multiple disk drives installed on both machines, with
HDD 0 - Normal partitioning scheme
    HDD 16
    HDD 32
    HDD 48
These last three (non-existent) drives are each displayed as having multiple partitions most of which are shown in red (invalid). When I delete these spurious partitions and reboot they reappear.

Can anyone throw some light on what is going on here?

    Thanks in advance.

    Update 14 Oct 14
It seems that the problem is due to having run Paragon in Safe Mode. I got it to run today in Normal mode (it had previously refused to do this!) in which it shows the correct config of a single disk and 3 partitions.

    Andrew :)
