Can anyone clarify if they have the same issue? If I manually click on a random snapshot and choose to lock it, It never changes from Unlocked to Locked?

Just tried it on 2 or 3 snapshots randomly and mine did change from unlock to lock. I also tried to delete them just to make sure they were locked and Rollback correctly refused to delete them. My system is W7x64 and I'm using the latest build (837). Sorry i cant offer any solutions to fix this. You may have to submit a support ticket.

Just wanted to add that I noticed the "current" snapshot cannot be locked or unlocked once it is taken. If you want the "current" snapshot locked then you must select to Lock the snapshot upon its creation.

    DVD+R,

Very strange. What build number are you using?

And since it's been a few weeks now - are you still facing the same issue?

    Cheers!

Gotcha. Do you mind if I create a support ticket for you? I'd just need the email you used during purchase. You can send that info in a private message or email me at samuel(at)horizondatasys.com.

    Thanks!
